39.將麵糰送進烤箱下層﹐上層放一個烤盤﹐把烤箱溫度調低到160C(320F)來烘烤約20分鐘﹐再把烤箱溫度調低到150C(302F)來繼續烘烤約5~8分鐘。烘烤完成後﹐把月餅放涼即可
